Repeated issues with hot water spoiled the experience, leaving us with cold showers on two separate nights. Attempts to address the problem were met with vague responses and no real solutions. Customer service fell short, as promised follow-ups from management never materialized. On a positive note, the homemade jams were a delightful addition to breakfast.

Birthday Dinner Gone Wrong
So we went to this restaurant for my wife's birthday. The vibe is cute and all, but the service was a total mess. Our server was the only one working, and every drink we ordered was unavailable! Then the power went out, and we sat in the dark without a clue! Paying was a hassle too, they only took cash or required us to write our card info down! ?

We had an amazing family trip! The highlight was definitely the living room performances, where we danced the night away after indulging in delicious cocktails and snacks. The kids loved chilling on our rooftop deck with stunning ocean views, making it an unforgettable stay.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities at night.

The location of Faena is unbeatable, just a quick walk to the beach. I loved the vibrant and artistic decor in the lobby, it truly sets a lively atmosphere. The rooftop bar had great cocktails and a fantastic view, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially Gretel at the front desk. she created such a comfortable environment. However, the room had some issues. It smelled like mold, and the lack of basic decor made it feel stark and uninviting. Housekeeping missed cleaning properly. found hair on the floor when I checked in. I also noticed the slow service at the restaurant, especially on the last night. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the room’s cleanliness has room for improvement.

I stayed for 2 nights with a group, and while the lobby had a nice vibe, the room was a letdown. It smelled like mold, looked outdated, and only had basic amenities. The location was good for the beach, but the service at the bar was disappointing, as hotel guests got overlooked for outside visitors. Overall, it felt more like a basic stay rather than a special experience.

I was charmed by the hotel's beautiful indoor courtyard and lovely decoration. The beach access was convenient, and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable, especially with the easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes.
More accessible seating areas for seniors would help.
